Welcome to WA Wrapped, operated by Tenacity Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("WA Wrapped," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
1. Our Commitment to You
At WA Wrapped, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. We are dedicated to offering innovative, high-quality features designed to make the Services engaging and enjoyable. While we work hard to deliver reliable performance, certain factors beyond our control may occasionally impact the Services. We appreciate your understanding and welcome feedback to continuously improve.
2. Data Privacy and Local Processing
Your privacy and data security are fundamental to our operations. To ensure compliance and transparency:
- Local Data Processing Only: All chat data is processed locally on your device and never uploaded to our servers.
- No Storage of Data: We do not store, back up, or retain your chat data. All processing and insights generation occur exclusively on your device.
- User Responsibility for Sharing: Any sharing of results or content generated by the app is solely at your discretion, and WA Wrapped is not responsible for the consequences of such sharing.
- No Liability for Unauthorized Access: We are not liable for unauthorized access to your device or misuse of data caused by negligence, such as sharing exported data with others or device security vulnerabilities.
By using the Services, you agree that WA Wrapped is not responsible for any data breaches, losses, or misuse resulting from factors outside of our control, including user actions, third-party applications, or geographic limitations on data protection laws.
3. Subscription Policy
By purchasing a subscription through the App Store, you agree to the following:
- Subscription Model Declaration: WA Wrapped operates as a subscription-based service. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
- Billing and Management: All billing and renewal processes are managed directly by Apple via the App Store. WA Wrapped has no control over billing disputes, refunds, or subscription cancellations.
- User Responsibility for Subscription Management: Managing your subscription, including initiating cancellations or updates, is solely your responsibility. You can cancel at any time via Apple Settings > Your Account > Subscriptions.
